Costa Rica Blue Zone Edition

5 nights | 6 days
Limited to 24 participants

A science-backed immersion to reset stress physiology, restore recovery, and optimize longevity — before cardiac risk becomes a diagnosis.

Midlife Is Not Decline. It Is a Cardiovascular Inflection Point.

Midlife is when physiology quietly shifts.
  • Blood pressure variability increases.
  • Stress recovery slows.
  • Inflammation accumulates beneath performance.
You continue leading. Scaling. Delivering. Operating at the highest level.

But your physiology is carrying more than it used to.Most high-achieving professionals never pause to recalibrate.

Not because they don’t care. Because nothing has been built for them. This immersion is.

This immersion is designed for midlife professionals who:

Are 40–65 and thinking about long-term cardiovascular health

Operate in high-performance environments

Experience sustained stress load

Want measurable physiological improvement

Value data over wellness trends

Prefer small, curated cohorts

Care about longevity and resilience

Want a clinically credible experience

Lead teams, organizations, or innovations

This Is Not a Yoga Retreat.  This Is Physiological Recalibration.

This immersion prioritizes cardiovascular resilience. Designed for high-achievers
experiencing chronic stress and early cardiac risk.

Data-Driven. Individually Applied.

We measure your cardiovascular baseline before arrival. During the immersion we track multimodal data including HRV, sleep and stress response in real time. You leave with personalized benchmarks and a recovery roadmap grounded in science.

A Curated Community of Peers.

This cohort is intentionally composed. A rare space where innovators, change-makers and leaders take ownership of their whole health. The conversations matter as much as the protocols.

Blue Zone Environment as Active Intervention.

Hosted in Costa Rica's Blue Zone — one of few places where exceptional longevity and cardiovascular health are documented at population scale. Daily movement, whole-food nutrition, and purposeful pace aren't add-ons. They are the environment. The setting becomes part of the recovery.

Voices of Transformation

Every person’s journey is unique. Here’s what happens when the body finally feels safe enough to heal.

Laura Nobles
PR Executive, Los Angeles

“I am somebody who had over-intellectualized everything, including my therapy sessions. If you're open to breathwork, local ceremonies, meditation, journaling workshops, and willing to share the real story – you're able to move forward. You really get out of this what you put in.”

Barak Ben-Gal
Finance Executive, San Francisco

"I'm feeling very different, very refreshed. I feel the shift within. It's very soulful. The environment is so embracing, nurturing and welcoming that you feel the safety, the comfort level to give in completely. I feel much lighter, much more confident. I see my self-worth and I can project it now. I feel empowered."
